About Emily

I love animals of all types. I have consistently had a dog and a cat throughout my life, I have also had two birds for many years, as well as hermit crabs for a number of years. I enjoy small and large dogs and in my breadth of experience dogs tend to listen to me and I am good at calming them down. Though I don't have as much experience with them, I also have briefly cared for reptiles and rodents (hamsters, gerbils, and guinea pigs).
