Emily has been really great with our family and our daughter! We hired Emily for the summer with what we thought would be a pretty set schedule and so far nothing has been set and she's really worked with us to make it happen. She's always a few minutes early, open to the little housekeeping things asked like changing laundry around or watering plants, and sent this worried mother pictures whenever asked. She always reached out with questions and kept things tidy making my life so much easier after work. Emily is very sweet and our daughter took really well to her. We felt really comfortable with her personality around our family quickly and I have no doubt that she would be just as great with older children. You're missing out not hiring her!
