My skill set includes bathing, personal hygiene, dressing assistance, as well as adeptness in client mobility and transfers I can manage medications and maintain client care records backed by my LNA background, and training in hospice and respite work. Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's patients is also part of my professional profile I offer light housekeeping and cooking services too. A positive working relationship is essential for me, hence I prefer not to engage with aggressive or combative individuals. Good communication is paramount and would involve an initial phone conversation and meeting with clients and their families/guardians to ensure a mutual fit for the best care. I am available for 20-30hr weekly with a non-negotiable hourly rate of $30.
