About Emily

Hi there! My name is Emily and I hope to be of help for your family. Recently, after a difficult pandemic+burnout, I have left my stressful FT job in order to have more freedom in my schedule to pursue my creative passions. I wish to help a family care for their most precious gifts - their kiddos - to help supplement my income and restore my heart. I am open to babysitting for date nights, before/after school care, weekdays or weekends. I am willing to help with homework. I love engaging with kids on their level. I enjoy being outside, reading, learning, being creative, music, cooking and art. For the past 5. 5 years, I have worked as a Lead Medicaid Case Manager supporting individuals with disabilities. Previously, I mentored at-risk youth ages 6-18, taught a preschool program ages 3-5, and babysat ages 4-12. I have a close relationship with my two nephews, ages 10&5.
