I do not sit on the couch & stare at a screen while your children are in my care! I am involved & enjoy spending time with your kids, & helping them make fun memories. Playing outside is a typical activity when I'm around. Schedules and routines are practices that help minimize chaos and keep everyone happy. On the other hand, life happens! So adapting is also part of this :) I have multiple years of experience with children. Since the age of 12 I have had the privilege of helping in many settings- mainly recurring babysitting and nannying positions. I attended Midlands Technical College for Early Care & Education/Early Childhood Development. Upon volunteering at elementary schools I found that small groups were more balanced for me, & I could provide better care as an individual. Ask me anything!

Emily is absolutely amazing with children!! She has kept my three children many times, including over nights and they all love her. She is very attentive, creative, responsible, fun, and lights up every room she walks into!! She makes sure their feelings are heard and their needs are met and always respects mine and my husband's wishes and boundaries with what we allow or do not allow the children to do, and always asks us if she is not sure. She keeps them on a schedule if needed, and takes them to do fun activities. I have never used a daycare, and have a very limited amount of people I trust with my children. Emily is absolutely someone I would trust with my children's lives. Not only from what I see, but how my children react everytime they see her is always positive!! We LOVE her!
