Highly recommend! I love Emily's warmth and genuine concern for kids. I appreciate that she is fun and flexible, and then firm with boundaries when needed. A true servant leader - asking my consent on things that are important but also resourceful when I was unavailable to answer (my bad!), and comfortable talking through challenges together. She just has that 'good head on your shoulders' soul vibe like an old friend you can trust to show up and be helpful, and I feel very safe having her watch my little ones (5 and 8). What a delight to have her in our home, going above and beyond what I expected!
