About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily. There comes a time in our elderly loved one's lives where we, the family, need to make some tough decisions. Are they safe to live alone? Should I hire in-home caregivers independently or through an agency? How do I begin the process of facility placement... and where to begin? Am I making the right decision? These questions can be scary and overwhelming to say the least. I'm looking to help make this process easier for everyone, using my years of experience. For background, I'm a Registered Nurse, who was once a LPN and once a CNA. Through my climb up the nursing ladder, I've spent all of my career caring for the elderly population. I've worked in all types of facilities (assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory care) and mostly recently as a hospice nurse. There are many different ways I could offer my help, being weekly check ins, facility info, medication management, you name it and I can probably do it. I'd love to help!
