About Emily

Your way is the "right way." No two people learn the same and this is what makes my approach unique. I offer a completely individualized tutoring service. My goal is to tutor your child in the way they learn best. I have worked in both home and school environments with children of all ages to learn core skills such as reading, writing, and other goals according to their IEP's. I have experience tutoring subjects from 1st-8th grade level. For over a decade, I have had the privilege to work with students with Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, as well as students with various behavioral diagnoses. I take into account each student's strengths, personal goals, sensory needs, interests, and executive functioning. I am committed to being a skilled, loving, fun, and compassionate tutor.
