My family hired Emilee a few months ago. She was great with kids, followed the schedule, and was always on time. But as soon as summer started, she's been cancelling a lot. It was same day cancellations. Also, I asked her to work on my birthday a month ago, but apparently, her family bought her a vacation for the same day and I had to reschedule everything. I don't think she took this job seriously.
