She's simply the best! The baby spends a whole day with her, and when I arrive, he's happy, well-rested, well-fed, learned some new skills and new words, and also calm! He easily goes to bed then, sleeps well, no signs of being over-tired or over-stimulated. They spend hours outside! And the house is neat, the play area is organized, everything is chill and under control. I feel that Ema can give classes to parents of toddlers on how to survive a day with a very active toddler without exploding the house. :) She's also very cooperative and works with us (parents) as a team. Pro-active. Simply amazing. I love that she treats our baby with respect, like he's a grown-up adult being, not a tiny baby who doesn't understand anything. It's not a "pretended respect," that's just how she is. She also understands nutrition, so my little one eats good proteins and good fats and doesn't start his day on fruits and carbs. My work is going so much better now because I can concentrate on it and not to worry about my little one. Yes, I miss him - but I don't worry about him, because Ema got it.
