My name is Elsie, I'm 22 years old, and I'm from Salem, OR. I may be young, but I have 10 years of experience in various childcare settings, including: before/after school programs, summer camps, in home childcare, daycares, preschools, and elementary schools. I am have been employed with Salem-Keizer School District since I graduated from Sprague High School in 2019. I am currently employed as a Special Programs Instructional Assistant in a Developmental Kindergarten class. I have experience working with children across the spectrum of ability, with various emotional, physical, and cognitive needs. I pride myself on providing the best care possible to children as individuals, and fostering a caring, healthy environment where they can feel safe, happy, and accepted; even when their parents/guardians aren't around.
