Ellie has been the full-time nanny to our now 2 and 4-year-old children since August 2023. We feel so fortunate to have found her! She is responsible, caring, compassionate, flexible and easygoing. She does a wonderful job at getting our children out of the house and doing fun activities with them. She is receptive to feedback and collaborative in partnering with us on decisions. I know that Ellie can handle whatever we throw at her and we don't have it worry, whether it's the day-to-day functions, caring for them overnights while we’re out of town, or stepping for last minute scheduling emergencies. Ellie has become a part of our family and we feel so lucky to have found her!
