About Elle

Hi! I am a college student at MTSU, majoring in biochemistry! I am a member of Alpha Delta Pi and a tutor for biology on campus. I am also involved with the campus recreation center. My approach to childcare and tutoring comes from how I was raised. My parents focused on staying active and constantly encouraging growth. I want the children that I have the opportunity to care for and tutoring to feel enriched, excited, and loved. I put an emphasis on keeping children's mind and body active through different games and activities. With tutoring, I focus on translating information in a way that makes it easy to throughly understand. Memorization is not optimal, so I truly try to ingrain an understanding. I understand children have different needs and preferences and I pride myself in my ability to empathize and adjust to the situation. I can't wait to meet you and your family :) I'd describe my personality as energetic, joyful, and loving.
