Hi, my name is Ella. I have 10 years of experience in childcare and four years of experience managing fast-paced households. I am first aid and CPR certified. My approach to nurturing children is kindness, patience, and understanding, recognizing the individuality and uniqueness of every child and family. I am committed to building solid relationships with children and parents while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. I am creative, passionate about design, photography, fashion, and culinary arts, highly organized, and a skilled communicator. I love to travel and find joy in exploring new ideas and cultures. I am a high achiever, pay meticulous attention to detail, and take pride in everything I do.
