About Ella Grayson

I'd describe my personality as easy going, passionate, responsible I like working with kids because it's so rewarding! I love when they can learn from me and look up to me. They always give me a good laugh and I just enjoy hangout out with kids I'm looking for a job that sees me as family! I'm super close with all of my other families and I love having that connection for life. I started working with kids when I was 11. I'm almost 21! In my spare time, I like to hangout at the beach with friends, surf, go to the shelter and hangout w the animals, and of course babysit!! One thing you should know about me is I'm super easy going. I am happy to do whatever side jobs are needed. Vacuuming, dishes, organizing, taking kids to parks or other activities, overnight care, Ect My skills include being able to communicate with children easily. I can read baby cues and know baby sign language. I can redirect tantrums and help calm kids down.
