About Ella

I'd describe my personality as dependable, responsible, and prompt. I find it satisfying to see children being well taken care of. I am looking for a job that has flexibility but is fulfilling. I started volunteering with kids when I was 13 at a home daycare and to teach sign language. Throughout highschool I worked with children that have hearing and intellectual disabilities to learn sign language and other communication skills. Since graduating high school, I have worked with several families in a nanny position. I enjoy maintaining fitness, socializing with friends, and engaging in the fine arts. I appreciate direct communication and I am responsible. Communicating with children of all ages, empathizing when children are having a difficult time, and building rapport with children.
