About Ella

I'd describe my personality as reliable, hardworking, can be outgoing I like working with kids because there's always something to do and they make the job fun I'm looking for a job that the parents are good with communication, have boundaries, the children have schedules, and have little to no behavioral issues, and I am able to enjoy what I am doing. I started working with kids when I was young. I've always helped out with my younger brothers growing up who were 5-8 years younger than me. Then would help on and off at the daycare they went to from around age 10-present day. In my spare time, I like to relax by have self care, whether it is taking a nap, reading, watching a show/movie, baking, listening to music or hanging out with friends. One thing you should know about me is I can be very shy at first but am more outgoing as you get to know me. My skills include I set boundaries, enjoy doing moving around activities often and am understanding with children's behaviors.
