I have always prided myself in be a caregiver. For a while I have my own service called Liz's Helping Hands where I assisted seniors with the many different things they could no longer do themselves or alone. I have done from cooking, cleaning, feeding, dressing, medication distribution, simple companionship to shopping and transportation and assisting with Dr appointments. My favorite part of these opportunities was and is in building the relationship with the individuals. Hearing their life experiences and stories along with getting to know their personalities I find so rewarding.
