About Elizabeth

Hi! I am a 37y/o female currently living in the Hampton Beach area. I worked as a registered nurse for 10 years. Mainly with the adult population. Prior to becoming a nurse I worked at a childcare center in Seven Springs, NC. I have also done pet sitting and babysitting for friends, family, and clients over the years. I have provided companion care in the past for about a year and a half for an older women who needed help with cooking, cleaning, and companionship. I currently provide companion care part time for an elderly man in Rye, NH. I am a natural caregiver at heart and love helping people in any way I can. I'm also an animal lover and have lots of love to give your fur babies! After some recent health challenges I've changed my lifestyle quite a bit. I eat a mostly plant based whole food diet and I try to live a toxic free life as much as possible.
