My first exposure to the special needs community was volunteering at Camp Barnabas in Missouri my freshman year of high school in 2013. I immediately fell in love, and here I am 10 years later, having just earned my Masters in Social Work, and making myself an advocate for those without a voice. Since 2013, I have worked on staff at Camp Barnabas, and have worked with Easterseals Autism Services as a Behavior Interventionist. I am experienced with people of all ages and all levels of function and dependence. I love learning new things and being challenged, and I am willing to work with any type of person. I have a huge passion for the special needs community, and I am so excited to have an opportunity to pour into someone and serve them.
