Sage worked for us a little over a year caring our adult disabled son who is 22 years old. She also cared for our 2 dogs and house as well. And occasionally our teen son who is mostly self sufficient. Sage was always dependable and clear about her needs and our specific needs. She is very detailed, calm and willing to do what we needed including driving and outings if needed. We felt so confident in her that we were able to travel out of the country with our son in her care. She communicates daily and keeps house organized. I believe she would be great at any kid but excellent as a caregiver. We will miss her but know she will do well. If she hadn’t moved she would still be with us.
