About Elizabeth

Hello. My name is Liz, and I am here to provide non medical care for your loved one. I have experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant in an inpatient physical rehab facility, I was also trained as a Physical Therapy Technician and an Activities Assistant. I am currently CPR and First Aid certified. I cared for my own Mother for 10 years, her last 4 years in my home and was she diagnosed with dementia. With my experience, knowledge and compassion, I am ready and available to meet the needs of our older population. I am available for recurring care, one time care needs, transportation, running errands, light housekeeping, meal prep/ cooking, and companionship.
