About Elizabeth

I have experience working with children ranging from newborn-14 years old. I love working with families who are in search of a long term nanny as I believe establishing a long term relationship with the kids is beneficial for their confidence, independence and happiness. I have a 3-month-old myself and looking for a job that wouldn't mind if she could tag along! I love doing arts and crafts, going to the park and taking time away from the screens! Although if screen time is your jam, I am fine with that too! I can work with any environment whether you're a go with the flow type of parent or one that has everything listed, scheduled and done a certain way. I am firm and respectful with parents established schedule for the children, rules and boundaries. My goal is to be an extension of the parents to make sure the children have a consistent parenting style even when they are not there. I adapt to the household and strive to exceed your expectations for your idea of the perfect nanny!
