*Please note that my hourly rate is based on a nightly rate. Thank you! Hi there, I'm Elizabeth! I offer short and long-term housesitting. I have 3 years of consistent experience caring for dogs and cats while I've been a resident of Santa Cruz! Prior to this, I did occasional sitting for a friend of mine and her two pups when I was living in San Diego. In August 2012 I graduated from Grossmont Health Occupations Center as a Veterinary Assistant. Though I decided to not pursue this career, I learned a lot about animal care. I went on to work at a Hotel in San Diego from October 2012 through August 2013. There, I would be responsible for the safety of up to 30 dogs of various sizes and breeds. Following that, I've done short-term gigs as a dog bather and volunteer work in Thailand with a shelter of 300 dogs! Since living in Santa Cruz, I've been house/pet sitting.
