Do you have a striving young reader between the ages of 6-9? Perhaps your student has struggled with reading this past school year and could benefit from additional reading intervention from a professional this summer, in order to make huge literacy gains and increase their preparedness for the following school year. I am hoping to work with a small group of school- aged students this summer to improve foundational reading skills that are necessary for the development of becoming a proficient reader. I am a professional Reading Interventionist within Denver Public Schools and am dedicating my summer to provide intervention services using the Orton Gillingham Phonics program. I am looking for a group of 4-6 rising first and/or second grade students to enhance their letter knowledge, sounds, and get them reading and writing independently!
