About Elia

I adore children and I have experience with all ages. I have a BS in Inclusive Early Childhood Education and a M. A. T. I have taught kindergarten for 4 years and have experience with children with high needs. I'd describe my personality as kind, compassionate and nurturing. I like working with kids because they are absorbing the world around them. I love being able to aid in their development and encourage a curiosity for learning. I'm looking for a full time job from June 17th to August 16th. I started working with kids when I was 10 years old. I have always loved kids and started babysitting very early on. In my spare time, I like to go to farmers markets, teach yoga and I enjoy photography. One thing you should know about me is I love to play and sing with the children in my care. I do not consider myself to be an overseer but as a facilitator of learning. My skills include patience, expertise in developmental stages and communication.
