About Eleanor

Hi! I have 4+ yrs of professional childcare experience (children ages 6 mos to 13 yrs) I have childcare experience in a variety of settings. I worked as a nanny for 2 years for a family in New Orleans (this job provided me with extensive child care experience, including overnights, traveling, and full-time care during summers) I started babysitting at 15 and have continued to enjoy working in childcare since! I am also from a large family myself and have additional experience helping with 3 younger siblings, as well as experience as a camp counselor and teaching 7th and 8th graders I graduated from Tulane University in 2020 (B. S. in Psychology) I took many classes on adolescent & child psychology that provided me with additional childcare knowledge (how children absorb & retain information, differences between healthy vs. concerning behavior, effective communication methods, merits of various developmental theories, etc) Please let me know if you have any questions!
