About Eileen

I've been working with children on and off for about 5 years now, in both formal and informal settings. Most recently I've worked as a lead teacher at a local preschool with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old. I've been in this role for nearly 2 years and maintain this position, which is Tuesday-Thursday. I aim to be patient, considerate, and warm with kids of all ages. I adore the opportunity to make children feel seen, safe, and valuable. I love to spend time outdoors or doing craft projects, but am happy to follow your child's interests! Creating an environment of mutual respect with children is important to me. My approach is to embrace playfulness while maintaining loving and clear boundaries. Of course, I love to talk with families about their parenting styles and needs and see how I fit into them. I can't wait to meet you and your kiddo(s)!
