About Dustin

I recently graduated with a masters degree in occupational therapy. Pediatrics was a major focus of the curriculum. I was recently hired as a special education teacher assistant at an elementary school in Howell. I'm looking for roles this summer, but am open to the possibility of longer term arrangements. I think a child's development depends on less fun things like structure, responsibility and moderation and more fun things like adventure, play and feeling safe. I think I reflect a good mix of these qualities. My personal life is where most of my experience in this area comes from. Growing up I had 2 kid brothers, and interestingly I now have a kid sister, not to mention nephews, my friends kids and neighborhood kids. We just get along well and I very much value their well being.
