Drew is very observant in a peripheral manner and has an attention to detail which is above average. She is kind, caring and knowledgeable about children's interests and needs to the point where they are attracted to her comments and actions. She volunteered for me a school in Martin County, Florida, which also includes being vetted by the school district for the position of working with children.
