She was very friendly and sounded like she had experience. However, she came out for training with another caregiver one day, asked if she could train another day, but did not show up. I called to check on her, and she claimed that the day was a misunderstanding, and we agreed that she would come that Wednesday. Wednesday came, but she did not, and I never heard from her again. Very disappointing.
