I am Dornella, a confident, knowledgeable professional who is dedicated to creating a stimulating, encouraging, safe atmosphere for each child and tailoring my skills to their individual needs. During my five years' experience in early years childcare, I have developed a strong set of skills and expertise in supporting young children and I am genuinely passionate about providing the best childcare and organized play experiences. I have an exceptional work ethic, solid organizational skills and can confidently work independently or as part of a team. I enjoy providing a variety of activities for my children in my care and take pride in ensuring that there is a good mix of fun and stimulating play that is also educational. Although not Montessori qualified I like to add elements of their principles into play - combining play and learning with real life scenarios
