About Doris

It's difficult to give a review for Doris. First off, Doris was a very nice person. She also was a good caregiver for my Mom when she was HERE. Unfortunately she was late arriving most days and left early whenever she completed the needed care for Mom. There was no extra effort on her part to do anything additional other than was explicitly asked of her. She DID expect to be paid for missed time and when I deducted hours where she wasn't on the job, she quit. I shouldn't have to pay for time when she is not here. The most egregious issue is that she resigned without giving notice. This obviously puts Mom in a problem without professional care from a caregiver. I hope that this review is fair in that I like Doris as a caregiver and a person but being late, leaving early and expecting to be paid full pay is not fair to Mom. Resigning without notice is not forgivable.
