Donna is a very special person who does everything she can to not only help the one needing the extra care, but the entire family as well. I hired Donna to help care for my mother who suffers from late stage FTD(dementia) She has a real passion and calling for what she does, and truly cares about the families she helps. She is very vigilant and communicated any changes in behavior or needs that my mother had. She also respectfully communicates anything that she may need to make it easier for her to do her job in the very best way. She has great insight and offers helpful suggestions on how to navigate the difficult road of caring for someone who can no longer care for themself. Donna goes above and beyond of what is asked of her. She would detail clean every room at least once a month, come up with fun activities, took full care of my mom's dog, made sure she made her favorite meals; and brought flowers and small gifts regularly. Donna truly began to feel part of our family.
