Not dependable or trustworthy. Not worth the risk. Hired her before & she was great with mom. Hired a 2nd time this week. She booked job for next day & said we were good to go. Promised to arrive at noon. She FAILED TO MENTION she was in another country when she booked job. 90 minutes AFTER she was scheduled to arrive, mom called to ask where caregiver was. Called & texted, got NO response. Finally found Wifi & checked Care.com. She didn't call/text me. Instead, she sent a message thru Care.com 30 MINUTES BEFORE SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE saying "Should have told you I was in Jamaica & was flying back this morning so you could have had back-up. Flight was delayed. Working my way toward another flight; hoping to be at your house by noon." Even if she left local airport that minute, she wouldn't have made it to mom by noon. But she was still in another country. She knew we had already left town, that mom is bed-bound & needed care. Never heard from her again. Never responded to me
