Greetings, My name is Domonique (doe-moe-neek) thank you for checking out my profile. I am an educator with 9 years of experience teaching elementary schoolers everything from their ABC's to regulating their emotions. I also have experience working as an art instructor. I would describe myself as a soft-spoken warm demander (firm but fair) with a colorful energy. As I transition from working in the classroom I am looking for a for a family who would benefit from a holistic approach to child care. My holistic approach includes incorporating mindfulness skills, supporting in art/play-based learning, and offering tutoring services. At this time I am only interested in working with a maximum of 3 families. I am only available afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
