My interest and passion for caring for individuals with special needs start from personal experiences, where I grew up watching those in my own ethnic community care for children and adults who needed extra help. I spent an entire summer in Africa helping my father take care of her youngest brother with special needs, whom, unfortunately, lived by himself and had no one to care for him. I wok as a care/waitress provider for seniors at my senior home job, giving me the skills and knowledge needed when working with individuals with an array of different special needs. I have worked in this position for 4. 5 years going to 5yrs.
