About Diane

I enjoy working with families as they create a balanced, happy and healthy household. I started watching children as a teenager and young adult. I raised my own daughter in Chicago and often volunteered in schools, park district playgrounds and libraries. For four years, I have taken assignments as a nanny, babysitter, mothers or fathers helper, overnight caregiver for families and pets. I have worked independently and through an agency. I can accept assignments in my neighborhood and beyond. I am based in the south loop and drive to most of my clients in the city or suburbs. I believe in life long learning and pursue this in my personal life. Currently I am learning ASL and I study yoga and music. Imaginative play, art projects, storytelling and singing are strong features in my skill set. I love to cook, garden and keep house. Pets are important members of the family and can be engaged along with the daily tasks. I am looking for loving families that need an extra hand and heart.
