I love kids and I enjoy spending time with them. I have been told many times that I should have been a teacher. I have had experience with children of all ages, but mostly newborns and infants, including twins. I love interacting with children of all ages and find delight in being a part of the learning process. I am silly, spontaneous, creative and the day is never boring. I am like the clown that you hired for the birthday party. I have a theater background and improvising comes naturally to me. That being said, I am very organized and anticipate the needs of the children in my care, so we don't have a meltdown. It takes a lot to get me frazzled, I have a lot of patience. Diane has cared for my baby girl for nearly 6 months now in our home (she began when my daughter was 11 months old, and now she is 15 months). We are all so happy with the quality of care that Diane gives! She doesn't just go through the caregiver motions - she really teaches and cares, and enjoys what she does. It is so hard to find someone that just seems to fit with the dynamic of your family, and Diane really truly does for us. My husband and I are thankful to have her and wish we could give her more hours! If you are lucky enough to have Diane, you can rest assured that your kiddo will be cared for, stimulated, entertained and educated in the best possible way.
