Diane is an incredible caregiver. You're probably reading this review on the 27th profile you've checked out today. You've made an art of deciphering 3 line reviews, hoping that the right combination of "nice, timely, and fun" means you can trust a stranger with your child's life. I'll give you the summary of Diane's long list of references-she's made to nanny children. She loves each of the children she's ever cared for. She has attention to detail. She cares for our 5 month old twins full-time, and I could not be more at ease. She runs the gamut of keeping them clean, well fed, tummy-timed, napped, and well-read. That would be enough. Except, she also adapts the day to their ever-changing needs and schedules, and brings to my attention any new needs that come up. She jokes with them, can call out a tantrum, and cuddles them when they need comfort. I'm leaving this review before I deactivate my Premium account.
