About Diana

As the youngest sibling in my family, I always have little nieces and nephews around. Many of them would describe me as the "favorite aunite", a title that demands a lot of work. The title requires fun games, nature walks, reading books, and using our time together as a fun and educational opportunity. I'm a strong believer of being present around a child; encouraging their imagination and creativity, as well as playing and having fun. Children are like sponges, and are also eager to learn, which why I make it an effort to expand on their curiosity. I believe that as a child care provider, parent, or adult children learn so much from us, and at the same time we learn the simplest things from them. That is why I think this job is so rewarding. I've taken a few child development classes and have worked with several families in the past. I'm currently looking for a new opportunity to work with a family of children 2+ yo.
