My children instantly took to Diana from the moment they met her which speaks volumes to me. She is gentle, warm and patient. My 3 year old can be extremely clingy with me and cries often if I have to go out. In Diana's arms, she just smiles : ) I would recommend her in a heartbeat. A lovely person, always on time and an extremely competent childcare provider. We're lucky to have found her.
