About Diana

Diana, a professionally trained tutor with a teaching credential, specializes in teaching children with Specific Learning Differences. Since 2012, she has dedicated herself to teaching a wide range of learners using one-to-one intensive instruction to support her students' learning challenges. She obtained specialized training in Slingerland (Orton Gillingham based reading/writing instruction), Lindamood Bell's Seeing Stars and Visualizing Verbalizing program, the Davis Dyslexia program, Making Math Real 9 Lines, and balance, auditory, visual exercises to increase academic learning. Also uses the Davis Attention Mastery System to build executive functioning skills and increase focus/attention in all areas. Diana's individualized teaching style merges her knowledge from these top-rated programs to meet all of her students' unique needs.
