About Destiney

Hello, my name is Destiney, I am 27 years old. I live in Norman, Oklahoma. I am married and my husband and I have 3 children ages 6, 8, and 11. I have been in Childcare for 5+ years, I started in 2019 as a Teacher in Infants/Toddlers. I went to Gordon Cooper Technology Center and earned my CDA (Child Development Associate) Certification which made me a master teacher. I have also received my Oklahoma Directors Credential and am attending OCCC for my Certificate of Mastery in Child Development. I have my safe sleep certification, CPR/FirstAid in infant/child/adult. I am currently an Assistant Director at a childcare facility. I have poured my life into caring for and providing a nurturing and safe environment for children to learn and grow. I am very passionate about early childhood education as well as child development. I believe that every child grows and develops at their own pace but it requires assistance and encouragement in the early stages of the child's life.
