My experience with assisting seniors that are either cognitive or in-cognitive has grown over the years since I turned 19 to currently being 22. Whether providing in home one on one care or working in a senior living community I try my best to provide the most absolute care to the elders I come across whether assisting with showers, feeding, changing, etc. I like to make them feel like they still matter and are heard and taken serious with whatever needs they may have. I currently have my DCS, PCA, CPR certification. So far I have done a few non contracted in home care, worked at hand and heart where I received my PCA, and currently at Commonwealth Senior living where I received my DCS.
