Demarlie worked as a CNA on a very busy med-surg/telemetry unit where I was assistant manager, then manager of the unit at Memorial Hospital. Demarlie was caring and responsive to the needs of those he cared for and collaborated well with all members of the team. It was a fast paced environment and he was always up to the task of juggling complex cases. Dependable, friendly, and hardworking, Demarlie would be an asset to your organization.
