About Deliya

When asked to describe my personality, I say I am a loving, empathetic, energetic, creative and extremely patient person. I may not be certified in caregiving, but I do have a lot of personal experience in the field. For starters, I am one of 10 children, and I had to watch my 3 youngest ones. My brother (11) is autistic and I love interacting/helping him do activities such as building lego sets or completing crossword puzzles. In addition to babysitting, I have experience in tutoring and have worked at a few sleep away camps! One thing you should know about me is that I find joy in the joy of others. Working with kids, and being able to help with their development is a passion that comes from my heart. As much as structure is needed, exploration and creativity is also important. When I work with kids, I make it a point to dabble in a plethora of activities. In doing so, your child will have an outlet to have fun and find their passions. I can also help with school work as well!
