About Delaney

Hello! I recently moved to Salem after taking a a short break from nannying to gain other job experience but I would love to start working with kiddos again! When working with children, empathy, communication, and safety are the most important to me. I love nature outings as well as any activity that can help kiddo/baby use necessary skills and reach developmental milestones. While healthy development is important to me in terms of motor, speech and skills alike; it is also extremely important that any child I am caring for feels understood and knows that they matter. I am here to truly nurture them and make sure their experience in this world is full of love and fun! I am happy to provide my resume and references if it seems like we may be a good fit after talking about the family, schedule, etc.
