Hi Everyone!!! My name is Delaney but I go by Dell. I'm 32 years old and have been a career nanny since graduating from Umass Amherst in 2012. I have a BA in Psychology (focus on Child Psych) with a minor in Sociology. I started nannying fulltime out of college and got hooked! I've worked with children ranging in age from 3 months to 15 years old - So nothings new to me! I always like to encourage developmental play during activities but understand that fun and safety are the main objective. Love a good playground! My Husband and I recently bought a house in Derry, NH (Originally from Essex, MA...... yes woodmans! haha ) and moved up this past October. It will be hard to leave my current families but I'm excited to bring my career up north and start fresh :). Can't wait to chat!
