About Delaney

Hi there! I am a graduate studying speech-language pathology. I currently work in the SDSU clinic as a student clinician working with individuals who have sustained a stroke or traumatic brain injury and work towards rehabilitation of speech, language, memory, cognition, and participation in daily activities. I am passionate about yoga, exercise, and love being outdoors. My grandpa had Alzheimer's and was in an assisted care facility specializing in memory care. I spent years there visiting with him and the other residents. Although he passed away a few years ago, I have such a passion for working with seniors and still go back and drop off cookies, volunteer, and play games with the residents. I am fun, positive, and easy going. I love to interact and engage but am also a great listener. If you have any questions about me or my experience, please feel free to reach out.
